This is an appeal by the intervening remaindermen from a judgment entered in the Superior Court of San Mateo County against defendant trustee in the sum of $3,121.91 and in favor of plaintiff, a judgment creditor of the beneficiary of a spendthrift trust. The interveners are the two sons of the beneficiary.
