This suit was brought by the Beneficial Industrial Loan Corporation against L. G. Allenstein, individually, and doing business under the name of "Personal Loans". The complaint charges unfair competition on the part of defendants in the use of a trade name deceptively similar to that belonging to the plaintiff.
