We shall refer to the railway company as the Frisco, to the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers as Engineers, and to the Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen and Enginemen as Firemen.

It is alleged that on May 10, 1910, the Firemen and the Frisco entered into an agreement in writing, giving to the Firemen certain seniority and promotional rights as employees of the Frisco in their respective districts or divisions...
