The defendant, Anthony Vigorito, appeals, pursuant to article XI, section IV, paragraph 8 of the Constitution of 1947, and chapter 367, section 13, of the Pamphlet Laws of 1948, from a judgment of the Appellate Division of the Superior Court affirming his conviction of the crime of receiving stolen goods — R.S. 2:164-1.
