OPPER, Judge:

This proceeding involves deficiencies in income taxes for the fiscal years ended July 31, 1942, 1943, and 1944, respectively, in the amounts of $1,952.27; $1,165.91; $1,610.83, as well as in declared value excess-profits tax and excess-profits tax for the same taxable years as set forth in the stipulation of facts.1
