STAPLES, Justice.

In a trial before a jury on an indictment which charged that Henry Lee Johnson, the defendant (plaintiff in error) "feloniously did kill and murder one Fletcher Watson", he was found guilty of voluntary manslaughter and sentenced to serve five years in the State penitentiary. He seeks a reversal here on two grounds:

First, that the circuit court erred in overruling his motion to set aside the verdict of the jury as contrary to the law and...
