Except for the fact that the property of the plaintiff taxpayer is in the Borough of Rutherford and a difference in the amount of the assessment, this case is controlled by the decision of the court filed this day in the case of Dawn Bible Students Association v. Borough of East Rutherford, 2 N.J.Super. 71.
