The plaintiff's first exception is to the refusal of the Court to allow him to introduce a plan, allegedly prepared by the State Highway Department some ten years previous to the taking of the land in question, which indicated a proposed relocation of Marsh Avenue running adjacent to the plaintiff's land from the nearest portion of which it is now some three hundred feet distant.
