Cassidy, d/b/a Cassidy Feed Mills, for damages arising out of a sales contract for a quantity of bulk shelled corn shipped from Kansas City, Missouri, weight and grade determined by official inspection at time and place of loading. The car was loaded at Kansas City and delivered to the Missouri-Pacific Railroad Company on October
