Kenneth Florom pleaded guilty to an information which, it is contended by the People, charged him with obtaining money under false pretenses, and on July 29, 1947, was sentenced to a term of not less than three nor more than five years in the Colorado State Penitentiary, where he is now confined. On April 25, 1949, defendant filed, in the district court in which the sentence was pronounced, his petition for a writ of habeas corpus which was issued...
