It is ordered that the motion for summary judgment be sustained. It is further ordered and adjudged that the respondent is guilty of contempt of court as charged herein, and that he be confined in the county jail of the City and County of Denver for and during the period of sixty days; provided, that execution herein shall be stayed until the further order of the court.
