Certain members of Everybody's Tabernacle, an unincorporated association, in behalf of themselves and other members, sued Mrs. Ethel R. Willets, their leader and preacher, and Everybody's Tabernacle, Inc., a corporation of Michigan, touching valuable property in Miami used as a meeting house, legal title to which was in the corporation but which was claimed to belong to the local association, and for an account of monies handled by Mrs. Willets...
