The defendant in error, Lucille B. Snider, hereinafter called plaintiff, instituted this action against the defendant, Ada J. Williams, by notice of motion for judgment, for damages for breach of a contract of sale by the defendant to the plaintiff of certain real estate in the city of Richmond.
