This is an appeal from a decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office, affirming a decision of the Primary Examiner, finally rejecting all of the claims, 4, 5, 8, 10 to 12, inclusive, 14, and 15, of an application, serial No. 506,492, filed October 16, 1943, for a patent alleging new and useful improvements in "control and measurement of linear spacing in typewriting machines," on the ground that they fail to define invention...
