Order entered in the office of the clerk of Clinton County on July 20, 1948. Relator-appellant, a second offender, was convicted in Nassau County Court on July 28, 1927, of the crime of burglary, first degree, and sentenced to a term of forty years. At the same time he was convicted of the crime of grand larceny, first degree, and sentenced to a term of ten years. At the time of the institution of this proceeding the appellant had not been granted a reduction of sentence...
