Order, insofar as appealed from, modified on the law so as to provide that examination of defendants before trial be allowed plaintiff with respect to the items on which examination was denied by Special Term, such examination to be limited to the period prior to February, 1949. As so modified, the order is affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements to appellant. The examination is to proceed on five days' notice.
