In our opinion the revocation was proper and effectual as in full compliance with section 23 of the Personal Property Law, and the consents are executed by all the persons beneficially interested within the meaning of that statute.

Judgment unanimously granted declaring the revocation effectual, and directing the trustee to turn over the trust fund as stated and directed in the notice of revocation, without costs.
