The order dated May 26, 1949, and the order dated September 12, 1949, except so much thereof as relates to the denial of the motion for reargument and resettlement, are affirmed, with one bill of $10 costs and disbursements. The appeal from so much of the latter order as relates to the motion for reargument and resettlement is dismissed, without costs.
