Plaintiff sued defendants to recover the sum of $94 for rent under a lease and for $30 expenses. Defendants interposed a counterclaim in the sum of $500. On April 8, 1947, the parties entered into a lease of real property for five years to begin June 1, 1947, at the monthly rent of $65 for the first year and thereafter at a rental of $67 a month.
