His employer, one of the appellants herein, was insured against liability for compensation benefits payable under the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, 33 U.S.C.A. § 901 et seq., hereinafter called the Act, by Industrial Indemnity Exchange, also an appellant herein.
