Decedent was employed as a dishwasher in the employer's restaurant. On August 2, 1944, he became disabled as a result of acute dermatitis venenata. In September following, because of the ill effects of dermatitis venenata, the decedent developed pneumonia and died as a result of the dermatitis venenata on October 4, 1944. The pneumonia contributed to his death. The only issue in the case is whether the disability which the decedent had suffered and his subsequent death arose...
