Plaintiff sued to invalidate charitable trusts which he created by a deed of trust in 1934. The judgment appealed from pronounced the trust as valid and subsisting. Of the various attacks plaintiff makes in an effort to undo the settlement which was made by his grant in 1934, we consider none of them effectual to invalidate the charitable trusts he thereby created.
