The accidental injuries arising out of and in the course of employment and claimant's disability are not contested. The appellants seek to have part of the liability imposed on the Special Disability Fund created by the provisions of former subdivision 8-a of section 15 of the Workmen's Compensation Law. Former subdivision 8-a was added to section 15 of the Workmen's Compensation Law by chapter 749 of the Laws of 1944. It remained in effect for eleven months and was repealed...
