Appellant was convicted in the Criminal Court of Cook County, Illinois, on a charge of burglary, and sentenced on October 1, 1940, to imprisonment for a term of one year to life. Upon appeal to the Supreme Court of Illinois the judgment was affirmed, without an opinion, and on April 22, 1946, his petition to the Supreme Court of the United States for a writ of certiorari was denied.
