Hawley, against the appellant, Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad Company, to recover damages sustained by appellees as the result of a collision between one of appellant's passenger trains and a gasoline transport truck owned by appellee, Ruan Transport Corporation, and driven at the time of the collision...
