Plaintiffs allege that on August 9, 1946, in Cascade County, Montana, certain employees and officers of the United States, constituting the personnel of the United States Army Air Forces, flew three A-26 bomber type aircraft in such a negligent manner that one of them crashed into a barn, the property of the County, located on the Cascade County...
