The five above styled and numbered cases arise out of a collision between an automobile driven by Alice E. Potts and an army ambulance driven by Private Clifford Curtis, which occurred at the intersection of Eastern Parkway and Preston Streets in the City of Louisville between 9:15 and 9:30 a. m., on December 30, 1945.
