The War Contracts Price Adjustment Board determined that the petitioners realized excessive profit within the meaning of the Renegotiation Act (Sixth Supplemental National Defense Appropriation Act, 1942, as amended) during the calendar year 1943 in the amount of $11,000. Notice of such determination, dated December 16, 1944, was sent to petitioners. The present proceeding is brought in this Court pursuant to section 403 (e) of the Renegotiation Act.
