The taxpayer's petition here is to review a decision and order of the Tax Court entered on stipulated facts which upholds assessment of estate tax against the estate of Mary M. Reed, deceased, in respect to the corpus of a trust fund of the value of $344,900.18 which was derived from one-third of the estate of her husband Byron Reed, who died at Omaha on June 6, 1891.
