The action originally was commenced by the plaintiff, The Estate Stove Company, an Ohio corporation, having its principal place of business in Hamilton, Ohio, against the defendants, General Motors Corporation and General Motors Sales Corporation, both corporations of the State of Delaware, and both having a place of business in Dayton, Ohio.
