The complainant is a slaughterer of livestock and as such was entitled to receive and did receive from Defense Supplies Corporation from and after June 7, 1943 the subsidy payments with respect to its livestock slaughter which were provided for by Regulation No. 3 issued by that corporation.1 Between June 14, 1943 and November 11, 1943 the complainant sold 248,144½ pounds...
