This was an action brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title 29 U.S.C. A. § 201 et seq., to recover compensation for overtime. It is alleged in the complaint that the action is brought by plaintiff Lillie Conwell "as an employee of the defendant, and on behalf of Laura Pinkepank against the defendant."
