This is a class action brought by plaintiff and others similarly situated against the defendants seeking to enjoin defendants from changing a contract of employment between the railroads and plaintiff and the group represented by him, who are train porters, and charging the Brotherhood with interference with the common-law rights of plaintiffs in their enjoyment of jobs as train porters on the passenger trains of the defendant railroad companies...
