This was a suit in which plaintiff claimed damages under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C.A. § 51 et seq., for the death of her husband, Donald G. Stanford, while in defendant's employ. The cause was tried to a jury. The jury found against defendant and returned a verdict for plaintiff for $9,000.
