Plaintiff is, and for many years has been, engaged in the manufacture of quilts, pads and mats, with principal office and factory at New Haven, Connecticut. He sues to recover $100,000 as reasonable compensation for the alleged infringement of certain claims of two patents, Nos. 2,021,513 and 2,033,989, issued to him November 19, 1935 and March 17, 1936, respectively.
