This suit was brought in the District Court of the United States for the District of Columbia to obtain a construction of the wills of Lorin M. Saunders and his wife, Julia I. Saunders.

Lorin M. Saunders executed his will on February 25, 1905, and died on the following May 15th. He was survived by his wife, Julia, and one child, Fenton G. Saunders, who was slightly more than thirteen years old at the time of his father...
