In the six cases shown in the caption essentially the same question of law is raised. The first four cases arise from an automobile and truck collision which occurred on March 12, 1946, near Sabetha, in Brown County, Kansas. The plaintiffs, other than Norman E. Boyles, were occupants of an automobile being driven by him and which it is alleged was struck by a tractor-trailer driven by defendant...
