McClain and Joe Torbett, and is founded on allegations that on July 21, 1947 an automobile driven by the plaintiff Tinney and an automobile driven by the defendant Torbett, in company with the defendant McClain, its owner, who was directing said driver, met in a collision, proximately caused...
