This is an epilogue to what well might have been thought were the completed annals of the reorganization of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railway Company under Section 77 of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 205. The original petition was approved June 7, 1933. Litigation challenging the validity of the Act and the jurisdiction of the bankruptcy court terminated April 1, 1935 in a decision of the Supreme Court affirming this court...
