Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

JOHNSON, Judge:

The Commissioner determined a deficiency of $8,426.82 in petitioner's income and victory tax for 1943, inclusive of the unforgiven portion of income tax on 1942 income. Petitioner assigned seven errors in the determination, of which three have been settled by stipulation, another relating to petitioner's method of accruing income was apparently abandoned, and respondent now concedes petitioner's right...
