This action is brought under Section 24(20) of the Judicial Code, as amended, 28 U.S.C.A. § 41(20), known as the Tucker Act. The complaint sets out that on October 24, 1944, plaintiff was appointed secretary to one of the Judges of the Circuit Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, at an annual salary of $2600.
