In the action of Larsen v. Wright & Cobb Lighterage Co. judgment was entered in favor of one of the plaintiffs, McCarthy, in January, 1947, which we affirmed on July 21, 1947.1 Other plaintiffs in that action stipulated with the defendant that judgment as to them should await the event of judgment as to McCarthy.
