The defendants Joseph Speed, George Morgan, Faust Moreschi, Evans H. Hamilton and Isaac Weiner, were indicted, together with certain other persons, on a charge of conspiracy to embezzle funds of several component units of The International Hodcarriers Building and Common Laborers' Union. The case was severed in respect to the defendant Larry Kelly, because he disappeared and had not been apprehended. The prosecution abated against the defendant...
