This is an appeal in a suit instituted by the United States against the Parkbelt Homes, Incorporated, to recover the amount due by that corporation under a lease contract in which it agreed to pay a pro rata part of certain payments made by the United States to local taxing units in lieu of taxes on property. There was judgment in favor of the United States for the sum of $7,551.87, the amount demanded, with interest thereon from August 9, 1946...
