Appellant is the beneficiary designated in a policy of life insurance which was issued by appellee on November 24, 1942, to the now deceased husband of appellant. At the time the policy was issued the decedent was serving as a Major in the Quartermaster Corps, United States Army, and was stationed at Camp Lee, Virginia.
