This is an action instituted by the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission in the Circuit Court of Faulkner County, Arkansas, to condemn sixty separate parcels of land in that county, containing approximately 7,000 acres, for, as stated in the petition, "a public purpose, to-wit: the erection and maintenance of a dam and lake for the purpose of propagation and conservation of the State's fish and game."
