Plaintiff had a contract with the Air Transport Command, acting for the United States, for the transportation of goods and personnel during the last war. It was a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract, under which the defendant agreed to reimburse plaintiff for its costs in the carrying out of the contract plus a fixed fee.
