Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

TYSON, Judge:

The consolidated proceedings involve income and victory tax deficiencies for the calendar year 1943, in the amounts of $298.09 against Kenneth K. Kepler and $609.63 against his wife, Florence Kepler. The year 1942 is involved in both proceedings because of the forgiveness features of section 6, Current Tax Payment Act of 1943.
