This matter comes before this Court for decision upon defendants' motion to dismiss the petitioner's bill for injunction. The motion alleges that the findings of the Deputy Commissioner P. J. Donovan are supported by evidence.

The Deputy Commissioner who heard the witnesses and conducted the investigation of the claim for compensation rejected the same, and thereafter petitioner Maria Andino...
