Albert Singer of Cleveland, Ohio, when jointly indicted, in separate cases, with each of his two sons-in-law, Henry Lee and Raymond L. Leventhal, had been engaged for more than twenty years in a proprietary capacity in steel jobbing and warehousing. He conducted his business under the name, "Singer Steel Company." Both sons-in-law were honorably discharged service men: Lee having been in the Army four years, three of which were spent in overseas...
